Please keep in mind that we may bring a backdrop and a table for props depending on the package. The whole setup requires an 8×8 feet space for the best experience

We recommend an 8×8 feet area for the complete setup. However, if you’re tight on space, we can adjust the setup to fit.

We should arrive 1 hour before the time you’ve booked us to start running the booth. For example, if you’ve booked us from 6 pm to 9 pm, we’ll arrive at 5 pm for setup. This 1-hour setup time is included in your rental price, so there are no extra charges. You’ll only pay for the time the booth is running.

Yes, we have liability insurance with $2,000,000 in General Liability coverage.

To book, just click the "Get A Quote" button found throughout our website. It will take you to calendly.com. From there pick your event date and time. After that just fill in a few details and wait for your quote!

Once your $50 deposit is received your booking is confirmed!

Our graphic designer will reach out to you no more than 2 weeks before your event to customize your template.

To secure our services for your preferred date and time, a $50 non-refundable deposit is necessary. Kindly be aware that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

However if the cancellation is made 72hours before your scheduled booking you can use the deposit towards your next event up to 1 year from the date of the cancelled booking.
